The Umegae Junmai Ginjo sake is has a light and pleasant flavor while having a gorgeous scent. This is a good sake to bring along to a party as it will not overpower a wide variety of food.

Using domestic rice from Nagasaki, the milling rate of this sake is 60%. Best drunk chilled and paired with seafood or simmered chicken meat.
