The Mizu No Kirameki Tokubetsu Junmaishuu is a limited-edition sake.

The taste of this sake is refined and moderately rich. The sake has a nice umami flavor, which is incense but gently spreads in the mouth with an exquisite balance at the end.

This sake can be drunk cold, slightly hot, or at room temperature.
