Description
The Bansho Hanegishobori Honjozo is a dry tasting sake. This sake goes well with a wide range of food and is ideal with light-tasting or lightly seasoned dishes.
The Yoshidaya brewery is one of the few breweries in the whole of Japan that uses the traditional method of Haneki Shibori to extract the sake from the rice. The sake is produced using yeast from the Abelia flower that was developed with the Tokyo Agricultural University. It is a liquor with a refreshing taste is an easy sake to drink.
