Description

Karasumi or dried mullet roe is a Japanese traditional ingredient and is considered a delicacy. Karasumi is similar to Italian bottarga which is often grated on pasta.

The Ajito Karasumi is baked and cubed which is an ideal size to be paired with sake or whiskey. Each cube is about the size of a pill.
