Description
The Kinokawa Junmai Ginjo is brewed from 100% of Yamada Nishiki rice grown in Isahaya, Nagaski. The sake is brewed using underground water from the Takatake mountain.
The sake has a firm taste with a gentle fruity aroma combined with a nice umami finish with light acidity.
Pairing recommendations for this sake is suitable with strong tasting dishes as this is a Junmai-Ginjo with a characteristic sour taste. The sake is also compatible with shellfish such as oysters and clams.
Best served either chilled or room temperature.
