The Senryu Honjin Junmai Daiginjo sake is made from local Yamada Nishiki sake rice from Emukai, Nagasaki. The polish of the rice is 40%.

The taste of this rich sake is fruity with a sweetness reminiscent of light acidity and rich pears that spreads in the mouth.
