Description
The Tavern’s Cask English Ale by Thirsty Asia is a Singapore made craft beer. The beer follows the tradition of English ale common in the 17th century. The recipe used is the most “home Brewed” beer style coming out of the 17th century due to its simple recipe and the use of top-fermenting yeast which does not require cooling.
In the 1840s, the English ale found in taverns was a common and popular beer in the U.K. Meanwhile lager or beer using bottom-fermenting yeast was becoming popular in the rest of Europe.
The Thirsty Asia Tavern’s Cask English Ale is brewed to suit the Asian palate with its fruitiness and low bitterness characteristic.
