Description
The Nagasaki Creation Flying Fish Roasted Rice Cracker is made with flying fish typically caught from September to December. The flying fish is a common fish found off Nagasaki.
The flying fish cracker can be eaten with the bones intact and is a good source of calcium. Another way of eating the cracker is to finely ground the cracker and put over hot rice and served with a cup of tea.
Japan’s largest production volume, it is a rice cracker (jaw) from Nagasaki. You can eat whole fish up to bones and tails.
It also tastes good with sake and beer.
