Description

The Nagasaki Creation Squid Rice Cracker is made with squid caught using the dried net fishing technique. The squid is caught in fishing grounds near Nagasaki.

The squid is boiled in a kettle, dried, and baked slightly.

The squid is delicious when eaten as it is, but it is also delicious when grated finely over rice, okonomiyaki and on top of spaghetti. It also tastes good with sake and beer.
